JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Applicant as well as SBI, the objector Bank (Lead Banker) was heard at length. Since the petitioner herein also happens to be the Corporate Debtor against whom some of the Operational Creditors have filed Petition for unleasing Insolvency Process in (IB) -160(ND) /2017, (IB) -180(PB) /2017 & (IB) -181(PB) /2017, the petitioners therein and the Corporate Debtor were also heard in relation to the said petitions.
