JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for the Petitioner present and submitted that the registered office of the Corporate Debtor is at Hyderabad. Therefore, he prayed to withdraw the petition with the liberty to file afresh before the concerned Learned Adjudicating Authority. The prayer is allowed. The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the Petitioner to file afresh in accordance with Law before the Learned Adjudicating Authority competent to try the application. The Registry is directed to return the DD that has been submitted towards fee for filing the petition to the Counsel for the Applicant.
