JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel appearing for RP represents that 2 applications have been filed and the same are pending for isposal.

(2.) In the said applications, Respondents were required to file their reply. It is represented by the Counsel for R-1,3 and 4 that already reply has been filed to which Learned Counsel for RP represents that rejoinder has also been filed.

(3.) Further, in relation to R-4,5,6,7 and 8, it is represented by Learned Counsel for the said Respondent that reply on their behalf has also been filed. It is represented by Learned Counsel for RP that the said reply has not been served.
