(1.) Counsel for Respondent present and submitted that on 16.06.2017 an order came to be passed under section 9 of the I&B Code, 2016 by this Bench against the Corporate Debtor. The Corporate Insolvency Process has been initiated and the moratorium declared. In view of this, the petitioner is directed to file the claim before the IRP. Accordingly, the matter is disposed of.
