JUDGEMENT

The present Company Application bearing CA No. 119/230/HDB/2017, is filed by MNRR Agriinfra Projects Private Limited (Transferor Company-3/MAPPL) under Section 230 & 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, by inter-alia seeking directions to dispense with the meeting of Equity Shareholders and unsecured Creditors of the Applicant/Transferor Company No.3, etc.
