(1.) None present on the Applicant side. Since Court - II of NCLT has already initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution process by declaring moratorium against this Company, this Petition is hereby dismissed with a liberty to the Applicant to appear before Interim Resolution Professional with their claims.
