His appointment is being confirmed by this Bench as the IRP.

(2.) Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is apprised of the same. The confirmation of appointment may also be communicated to the respondents and the IRP by the petitioner. The IRP shall cause publication and take all such necessary and further steps as required under the statute and file Report be filed within the statutory period.
