JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Rajneesh Malhora, Advocate for some home buyers. Mr. Pradeep Sharma, Advocate for some home buyers. Mr. Nahush Jain, Advocate for some home buyers. Mr. Rajneesh Malhotra, Advocate has filed Memo of Appearance for some home buyers but has not mentioned the names as to whom he represents. Some of the home buyers are present in person and a separate presence sheet showing their names, addresses and signatures has been prepared by the Law Research Associate. The same be taken on record. Mr. Nahush Jain, Advocate filed Memo of Appearance for some home buyers. It is directed that the Power of Attorneys by the learned counsel who have filed Memo of Appearance be filed positively before the next date.

(2.) Bank was served on 16.10.2017 but no response has been filed despite such a long gap though there is time line for early disposal of such petitions has been prescribed under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

(3.) Mr. Yash Pal Gupta, Advocate has filed CA No.180 of 2017 on behalf of Harjeet Kaur and Deepinder Kaur providing information about the non-payment despite the undertaking given to the Hon'ble High Court so these persons are treated as interveners.
