JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Insolvency Resolution Professional is personally present. Taking into the consideration the order passed by the Hon'ble Principal Bench on 16.08.2017 wherein Bank of India was required to show cause as to why the Resolution Proposal submitted by the Insolvency Resolution Professional should not be accepted, Learned Counsel for Bank of India seeks some time to submit objection in writing in relation to the Resolution Proposal as submitted by Insolvency Resolution Professional.

(2.) In view of the said request, the matter is adjourned by a week for the financial Creditor namely Bank of India to file objection to the Resolution Plan of Insolvency Resolution Professional. Post the matter on 14th September 2017.
