Learned counsel for the parties appears to have settled the matter and in view of the Rule 8 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016 we permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition, The application filed with diary No. 3311/2017 on 19.12.2017 stands disposed of.
