JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant joint Application filed under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013 filed by the Petitioner Nos.l to 3, namely:

(2.) It is stated in the petition that CCIRCLE INFRA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIPPL) is a Private Company limited by shares under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. The main objects of CIPPL is to carry on the business to acquire by purchase, lease, exchange, hire or otherwise develop or operate land, building and to carry on real estate business and construction business etc.

It is stated in the petition that GURUMUKH SUPPLIERS LIMITED (GSL) was originally incorporated on 19.03.2014 as a Private Company limited by shares under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. The main objects of GSL is to carry on the business as exporters, Importers, buyers, sellers, traders, merchants, indenters, brokers, agents, assemblers ete.
