(1.) Ld. Counsels for the operational creditor is present. No one from the corporate debtor's side. Ld. Counsel appearing for the operational creditor submitted that Sr. Counsel is not present, so he sought adjournment. Prayer is allowed.

(2.) It appears from the record that the petitioner has not complied with the provisions of Section 9(3) (b) and (c) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Petitioner is directed to file affidavit in compliance to that within 7 days from today.
