JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a connected matter with CP No. 142/2013. in view of the same both matters be tagged together for final disposal.

(2.) In the meantime, learned counsels for the parries are directed to explore the possibility of a settlement. They are also directed to suggest the name of a valuer agreeable to both of them to assess the fair value of the fixed asset of the company.

(3.) The valuation/name of the valuer be submitted before this Bench on 19th July at 1030 a.m.
