JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for withdrawal of CP 73(ND)/2015 which was filed before the Company Law Board and has been received by way of transfer by the NOT. Nobce of the application has been accepted by Mr. Vipul Ganda, Ld. Counsel for the non-applicant. No serious objection has been raised to allow prayer for withdrawal of the petition.

(2.) In view of the above, the application is allowed. CP 73(ND)/2015 is permitted to be withdrawn. Dismissed as withdrawn.
