JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Prosecutor of SFIO filed copy of order dated 25.7.2016 passed by Hon'ble Principal Bench to the effect all the matter pertaining to Section 388 B of the Companies Act, 1956 and shall be heard by the Principal Bench. The matter has to be returned to the Principal Bench accordingly.

(2.) The matter will be placed before Principal Bench, Delhi.
