JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE Door Sanchar bunch cases have been categorised in various groups to facilitate hearing.

(2.) DR . Udai Veer Singh, Mrs. P.L. Nigam, Mr. Sunil Sharma, and Ms. Asha Chaudhary have appeared on behalf of Door Sanchar while Mr. S.K. Sharma, Mr. M.H. Khan, Mr. R.K. Gupta, Mr. A.K. Pandey, Mr. Rajesh Saxena, Mr. O.P. Duwel, Mr. Alok Sinha, Mr. Sanjay Tripathi, Mr. Arun Tandon, Mr. V.P. Sharma, Mr. S.K. Srivastava and Mr. A. K. Mishra, as well as some complainants have appeared in person for respondent.

THE relationship between an applicant for telephone connection or a subscriber as consumer and B.S.N.L. as service renderer is now well settled as per the decisions of the Hon ble Supreme Court and Hon ble N.C.D.R.C. Guidelines laid down have been followed while deciding the case listed in the bunch. Each case has been taken up individually and decision pronounced as such.
