POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED Vs. MAHARASHTRA STATE ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION CO. LTD. AND ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition has been filed by Power Grid Corporation of India Limited for determination of transmission tariff for the combined assets, (i) 400 kV D/C Mundra -Bachchau (Triple Snowbird) Transmission line along with associated Bays at Bachchau Sub -station (Extension) (ii) 400 kV D/C Bachchau -Ranchodpura TL with associated bays at Bachchau and Ranchodpura Sub - station and (iii) 400 kV D/C Mundra -Limbdi TL (Triple Snowbird) with associated bays at Limbdi Sub -station, (hereinafter referred to "as the transmission asset") under associated transmission system for Mundra (4000 MW) UMPP from date/notional date of commercial operation to 31.3.2014 based on the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2009, (hereinafter referred to as "the 2009 Tariff Regulations").
