JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN an ex parte proceeding the District Consumer Forum awarded Rs. 47,500 to the respondent/complainant along with Rs. 2,000 as compensation and Rs. l,000 as costs of litigation against the appellant OP.

(2.) THAT is what brings the appellant/OP in appeal before this Commission.
