(1.) MR . P.N. Kashalkar, Presiding Judicial MemberThis complaint has been filed by the flat purchaser against O.P. M/s. Godrej Properties and Investments Ltd. alleging deficiency of service against it.

(2.) THE facts to the extent material may be stated as under :

(3.) COMPLAINANT is a resident of Thane (East). He had booked a flat in the residential complex styled as "Godrej Sky Garden" at Panvel being constructed by O.P. While submitting application for the flat he had paid earnest amount. The cost of the flat was Rs. 12,92,000. From time -to -time the complainant paid amount of Rs. 7,50,175.55 i.e. nearly 58% of the agreed price.
