(1.) TODAY we have disposed of group of appeals being Nos. 1025 -1028/2003 by separate order, wherein we have made reference to this group of appeals as well.

(2.) HERE we do not think it necessary to have detailed advertance to the factual aspects as obtained in the matter herein.

(3.) AS far as these appeals are concerned, point of challenge is in very narrow compass.
