JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD counsel. Even according to the prosecution, the petitioners have caused injury with a Danda and a washing stick respectively on non-vital part.

(2.) THEREFORE , without meaning to express any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their furnishing sufficient surety to the satisfaction on C.J.M., Panipat. Disposed of. Petition allowed.
