JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD . The occurrence took place on 20-8-1999, at about 9.15 A.M. inside the Cinema Hall, Karnal. Raman co-accused had allegedly inflicted two knife blows to Narender Singh, complainant.

(2.) NO injury has been attributed to the petitioner. There is delay of 13 days in the registration of the case.

(3.) THE above observation may not be considered as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case. Petition allowed.
