(1.) WITH the assistance rendered by the learned counsel for the parties, I have gone through the judgments of the Courts below. The Will of Dharam Singh has been rightly believed in favour of Jaljodhan Singh for the reasons given in paras Nos. 10 to 14 of the judgment dated 28.7.1998, which are reproduced as under :-
