JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a defendant's second appeal. The plaintiff-respondents are the sister's sons of Santa Singh deceased, whereas the defendant-appellants are the sons of brother of the deceased. Santa Singh died some time between the year 1970 and 1974. The plaintiff- respondents filed the present suit claiming half share of his property on the basis of inheritance. The defendant-appellants filed the written statement and set up a Will dated 28.3.1962 allegedly executed by the deceased in their favour.
