JUDGEMENT

(1.) After hearing the counsel for parties, and also taking into consideration that the petitioner is stated to be in judicial custody for the last more than three weeks, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail subject to his furnishing two heavy security bonds to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh. Order accordingly.
