Decided On July 26, 1989
GURDIAL SINGH Appellant
V/S
HARMOHINDER SINGH Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Revision Petition arises out of an order, dated February 7, 1983, ejecting the tenant on the ground of non-payment of rent.

(2.) THE respondent sought the ejectment on account of non-payment of rent from May 1, 1967 at the rate of Rs. 100/- per month. The respondent claimed that Gurdial Singh son of Bhagat Singh was inducted as a tenant of the shop in dispute by him on payment of rent at the rate of Rs. 100/- per month. The other grounds for ejectment were not pressed before me or before the lower Appellate Authority.

(3.) THE Rent Controller found that there was no relationship of landlord and tenant. Resultantly, the application for ejectment was dismissed.
