JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is directed against the order of the Additional District Judge, Rohtak, dated 29-9-1988, whereby the order of the trial Court dated 2-8-1988 declining the temporary injunction was set aside and it was directed that defendant No. 1 can operate the account jointly with either of the two plaintiffs but not individually himself nor jointly with Shri Kuldeep Singh or Shri Raghbir Singh, allegedly nominated as General Secretary and Treasurer.

(2.) At the time of motion hearing, this Court on October 11, 1988, while admitting the petition, passed the following order :

(3.) In view of the above said order passed by this Court, it is directed that the said order will continue till the final disposal of the suit by the trial Court. However, in order to expedite the hearing of the suit it is directed that the parties will lead their evidence at their own responsibility and each party will be given one opportunity to conclude its evidence, if any. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
