JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision petition is directed against the order of the Rent Controller dated December 8, 1987, whereby the application filed by the landlord for the production of the additional evidence was disallowed.

(2.) THE ejectment application was filed in February, 1981. The application for the production of the additional evidence was filed in the year 1987. The same was resisted by the tenant and the learned Rent Controller dismissed the same inter alia observing :-

(3.) SINCE further proceedings were stayed at the time of the motion hearing, it is directed that the parties will appear before the Rent Controller on March 1, 1979. In case any evidence is to be led by the parties, they will produce the same at their own responsibility and only one opportunity will be given to each party for the said purpose. Petition dismissed.
