JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision-petition has been directed against the order of the trial Court dated July 20, 1989 by which the additional evidence has been allowed. The additional evidence which has been allowed consists of a resolution of the Board of Directors by which Shri Surinder Kumar Puri was authorised to act as attorney of the plaintiff-Bank. The production of additional evidence, in my view, is necessary to decide the question whether the suit has been properly instituted or not. In view thereof no interference is called for. The revision-petition is ordered to be dismissed with no order as to costs.
