JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents needs more time for putting in the reply. The request, however, cannot be acceded to because the examination, which detenu-petitioner Dia Singh is to take, commences on 27.4.1989. Detenu-petitioner Dia Singh is, therefore, ordered to be released on parole for the period from 27.4.1989 to 8.5.1989 on his furnishing adequate security to the satisfaction of learned District Magistrate, Bhatinda. The petitioner would surrender back to jail custody on 9.5.1989.
