(1.) This Revision Petition has been filed against the order of the Rent Controller, dated 8th November, 1977, by virtue of which the application of the respondent landlord for setting aside the ex-parte order dated 11th August 1977, dismissing the ejectment application in default, was accepted subject to payment of Rs. 25/- as costs.
