JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer in this 2nd petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short Cr.P.C. ) in FIR No.03 dated 26.02.2018 under Sections 21, 29 of the of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (in short 'the NDPS Act') (Section 27-A of the NDPS Act added subsequently on 25.04.2018) registered at Police Station S.S.O.C. Amritsar, District Amritsar.

(2.) The 1st petition seeking regular bail to the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn on 12.04.2019 with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh petition with better particulars.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has filed this 2nd petition, after recording the statement of the Investigating Officer, PW1 - Vikrant Sharma.
