JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order shall dispose of two petitions i.e. CRM-M-25792- 2019 titled as Gian Singh Sandhu and another Versus State of Punjab and another and CRM-M-27985-2019 titled as Davinder Singh Sandhu Versus State of Punjab and another.

(2.) The petitioners, namely, Gian Singh Sandhu and Paramjit Kaur Sandhu in CRM-M-25792-2019 are the parents-in-law of respondent No.2- Charanjit Kaur, whereas the petitioner-Davinder Singh Sandhu in CRM-M- 27985-2019, is the husband of respondent No.2.
