JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present petition has been filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of interim bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0200 dtd. 29/4/2017 under Ss. 148/149/325/302/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station -- Dharuhera, Distt. Rewari, to attend the marriage of his sister namely Mamta, which is scheduled for 9/2/2019.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that presence of the petitioner is necessary at the time of marriage of his sister as he has to perform certain ceremonies on 8/2/2019 and 9/2/2019. Petitioner is in custody since 2/5/2017.
