JUDGEMENT

(1.) As per pleadings on record husband of the petitioner namely Satwinder Kumar son of Sh.Om Parkash held a passport bearing No.G-2336287 and had proceeded to Saudi Arabai in the year 2013 to work as a truck driver.

(2.) Counsel submits that husband of the petitioner was involved in a criminal case and was confined at Riyadh Prison in Saudi Arabai since the year 2015-2016 and was facing trial.

(3.) Grievance raised in the instant petition is that the petitioner as also her family have received unconfirmed information that her husband was convicted and stands executed on 28.02.2019 by the jail authorities in Saudi Arabai.
