JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for quashing of F.I.R. No. 0301, dated 23.05.2017, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 427 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Bhiwani City, District Bhiwani and subsequent proceedings arising thereof on the basis of compromise dated 20.02.2019 (Annexure P-2).

(2.) Learned counsel for the parties have stated that the present FIR may be quashed as the parties have amicably settled the dispute.

(3.) During the course of preliminary hearing, the trial Court was directed to record the statements of all the concerned parties, with regard to the genuineness and validity or otherwise of the compromise by this 1 of 5 Court.
