JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application has been moved under Order 22 Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased-Vijay Kumar-petitioner No.1. Legal representatives of deceased- Vijay Kumar are mentioned in para No.2 of the application, which has been supported by an affidavit.

(2.) For the reasons recorded in the application, the same is allowed subject to all just exceptions and legal representatives of deceased-Vijay Kumar are brought on record.

(3.) Amended memo of parties attached with the application is taken on record.
