JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner-Matloob son of Ismail resident of Brick Kiln Bansal, Village Kotwali Lalru, Tehsil Lalru, District Mohali, has filed present Criminal Writ Petition No.2524 of 2019.

(2.) Petitioner, in the present petition, has pleaded that the petitioner and few others, names of which are mentioned in para No.4 as (i) to (xlvi) have been working together in the Brick Kiln under the control of respondents No. 5 to 8.

(3.) Learned counsel Mr.R.S.Duggal, has contended that the petitioner's wife also figures at Serial No.xxvi, i.e. Anisha wife of Matloob (writ petitioner). Through the present petition, petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for appointing a Warrant Officer for the release or produce of the detenues detailed in para no.4 of the present petition. It has been urged that they have been illegally, unlawfully and forcibly detained by the private respondents No. 5 to 8.
