(2.) In CR No.3548 of 2018, petitioners have assailed the order dated 11.01.2018 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Panipat, vide which suit of plaintiffs/petitioners was dismissed against defendant No.2 under Order 9 Rule 2 CPC.

(3.) In CR Nos.3014 and 3017 of 2019, petitioners have laid challenge to the order dated 25.02.2019 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Panipat vide which application for stay of proceedings was dismissed.
