JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner Manga Singh has filed the instant petition for issuance of direction to the respondent/PGIMER, Chandigarh to undertake the procedure of medical termination of pregnancy of his wife namely Mandeep Kaur.

(2.) The report of the Medical Board reads as follows:-

(3.) Accordingly it has been recommended that medical termination of pregnancy at this stage due to bilateral renal agenesis in the foetus be permitted.
