(1.) The claimant is in appeal seeking enhancement of compensation in respect of injuries sustained by him in a motor vehicular accident that took place on 5/2/1987.

(2.) The Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Patiala (in short 'the Tribunal') has awarded compensation of Rs.1,52,000.00 detailed hereunder:-
