(1.) C.M. No.2338-C of 2018 in RSA No.948 of 2018 For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 45 days in re-filing of the appeal is condoned.

(3.) Main cases This order of mine shall dispose of two regular second appeals preferred against the decretal of the suit and dismissal of the counter-claim at the instance of the appellants-defendants.
