JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail in FIR No.151 dtd. 7/8/2013 under Ss. 302, 34 IPC (challan was presented under Sec. 306 IPC and later on offence enhanced to Sec. 302 IPC), registered at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon the order dtd. 26/11/2018 passed in CRM-M-50768-2018, vide which regular bail was granted to co-accused Jeet Singh, who was summoned under Sec. 319 Cr.P.C. The operative part of this order is reproduced as under: -
