JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed for issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation.

(2.) Keeping in view the nature of the allegations, Inspector General of Police, Bathinda, was directed to file affidavit.

(3.) Detailed affidavit, as directed has been filed giving out the details of the investigation carried out by the Investigating Agency. Relevant part of the affidavit is extracted as under:-
