JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order passed by this Court, he has already surrendered before the Court below and furnished his bail bonds. Now even the challan has also been presented after investigation.

(2.) Considering the aforesaid fact, the interim order dated 23.10.2009 is made absolute.

(3.) The petition stands disposed of.
