(2.) APPLICATION is allowed subject to all just exceptions.

(3.) LET the aforesaid amount be paid by the Muktsar Cooperative Marketing -cum -Processing Society. However, the Society will be at liberty to fix the responsibility upon the person(s) concerned for the delay caused in making the payment to the petitioner and recover the amount in accordance with law.
