JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision petition is directed against an order dated 30.1.1987 passed by the learned Sub Judge Ist Class, Fazilka, by which he has allowed an application under Order 1 Rule 10 Code of Civil Procedure (for short 'the code'), filed by Baldev Singh son of Rattan Singh respondent No. 5, herein and has directed him to be impleaded as a defendant to the suit. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit and being aggrieved from the said order has approaches this Court by way of the present revision petition.
