JUDGEMENT

(1.) Father Ami Lal and his three sons named Rattan Lal, Ram Saraj and Ram Singh are all undergoing imprisonment for life in district jail, Mohindergarh, in terms of judgment dated July 9, 1986 of learned Sessions Judge, Narnaul. All of them had individually applied for the grant of six weeks parole for doing agricultural work on their family lands. Their request in this behalf was declined by the respondent-State on the ground that in the event of anyone of them being released on parole there was an apprehension of breach of peace.

(2.) It has been held by the Supreme Court in Bhagwat Saran and others v. State of U.P. and others,1983 1 ChandLR 504,

(3.) In result all the four Criminal Writ Petitions bearing Nos. 996, 998, 999 and 1000 of 1988, filed individually by the four convicts aforesaid are allowed and the respondents are directed to release everyone of the four convicts on six weeks parole for doing agricultural work turn by turn. Seniority in age will regulate their term for release on parole. Before being released on parole everyone of the four convicts will individually furnish security and execute personal bond to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate, Narnaul.
