JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision petition has been filed by the defendant against the order of the Subordinate Judge, First Class, Ferozepore, dated February 2, 1978.

(2.) Briefly the facts are that the plaintiff instituted a suit for possession of the property which was contested by the defendant. On September 5, 1975, the following two issues were framed by the Court :

(3.) The counsel for the parties made a specific statement on that date to the effect that they did not claim any other issue. This fact was incorporated in the order of even date.
