JUDGEMENT

(1.) Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ambala (hereinafter referred to as 'the tribunal') vide award dated 02.04.2014 allowed compensation of Rs. 8,30,000/- for death of Gurmail Singh, husband of appellant, in a motor vehicle accident with Tractor trolley bearing registration No.HR-02Z-2598.
